Q: It's my Aunt Edna's Birthday. How do I add an enclosure card with my order?
A: Easy. When you checkout with PayPal, you can add your message to the "Message to Seller" box on the lower part of the page. Also if you added a balloon with your order you can let us know what kind of occasion the balloon is for. We send our best wishes to your Aunt Edna!
Q: Why don't you ship your fruit baskets any farther than Syracuse?
A: We wish we can ship our fruit baskets out to you but due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit, the weight of our baskets (our $25.00 basket is over 7 lbs!), price of shipping and the way boxes are manhandled and thrown around when shipped we can't get them to you safely. We want to maintain Bennett Quality with our products. In the future we will add some new fruit items that can be shipped. So please check in with us often.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What is Local Delivery Only? and Can I get these products shipped to my sister in CA?
A: Our Local Delivery Only products are only available for deliveries to Syracuse, NY and surrounding Onondaga county. Sorry. Due to the nature of fresh fruit and average delivery times we cannot send these products to California.
Q: What are your shipping costs? Also do you charge tax?
A: Our Local Delivery Only service flat rate is $8.50. All items that are not labeled as Local Delivery Only are shippable within the continental US. Our flat rate for shippping is $14.95. We only charge tax to orders shipped within New York State (8%). Please read our delivery policy for more information.
