Bennett's Baskets accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. Sorry, we do NOT accept any other forms of payments (e.g. Personal Checks, Cash or Money Orders) for online orders.

Shipping

We offer a Local Delivery service for Syracuse and surrounding Onondaga County (NY) only on items marked Local Delivery Only. Your zip code (click here) must fall within our local delivery area. Items that are not marked are shippable within the continental US. Please read our delivery policies for more detail.

Secure Shopping

BennettsBaskets.com uses a secure server through Prostores with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All orders are encrypted (at 128 bits) and will be secure.

Please note: We are in the process of installing our own SSL certificate under our own domain name. We are currently using a shared SSL through prostores. Please ignore the error window "The URL does not match the name on the certificate". We assure you that your information is safe and secure.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally substitutions may be necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gift choice. We will make every effort to substitute with an item as similar as possible to your requested gift choice. Substitutions will be made only with items of equal or greater value.

Ordering

Please allow at least 24 hours for processing. If you want a basket delivered locally by Wednesday an order should be placed no later than tuesday afternoon eastern time. Orders are usually processed and sent out for delivery within 24 hours.

Special Order Baskets

If you need a fruit basket without any kiwi or grapefruit (due to allergies) we can make it for you. It is best advised that you call us and place order over the phone (Ask for Steve or Carol). 

We make custom baskets up to $150. You can place the order and leave it at our discretion or you can call us or send us an email for more information. Custom baskets usually include a larger assortments of gourmet items along with the fruit. We can also add other items of your choice (if we have the requested items in stock).

Bennett's Baskets reserves the right to cancel any orders that do not fit within our delivery or shipping policies. Sometimes, very rarely, we're unable to deliver your package on time (due to the inclimate weather in Syracuse, NY, a flat tire, or incomplete phone number). If there is a problem we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange another delivery time or refund your money if you are unsatisfied.
